He is an experienced marketer with the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK. He once served as General Secretary for the Chartered Institute Marketers (CIM) Malawi Board and while working for The Polytechnic as a Lecturer in Marketing and marketing related courses. 

He has vast experience in customer service, research, sales and marketing consultancies, academics etc He has further worked for the Medical Aid Society of Malawi (Masm), Central East African Railways (CEAR) and Hallmark Creations Limited in various marketing and customer service managerial positions among others.

He has conducted customer service training courses and workshops at Road Traffic Directorate (RTD Blantyre Branch), NASFAM Innovation Product Centres in Mulanje, Marsh and Prime Insurance.

He has further been involved in marketing research with Britam in customer analysis and product development. He is also consultant on marketing and customer services training with Eagle Insurance Brokers.
